Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business day. 

After processing, the order will ship within 5-7 business days.

Once we have shipped the item, if you signed up with "Shop" you will receive tracking information with an estimated time of arrival. If you do not fill out your information using "Shop", you should expect your order within 1-2 weeks. If you have not received your order by 2 weeks, please message thesmockadoodleshop@gmail.com for assistance. 

Pre-order items will ship based on the information provided in the description of the item. Please note that the regular shipping process applies once I have received the items to ship to you. Once a pre-order is placed you will not be able to request a refund so keep the timeline in mind when ordering.
